Overview
In the historic city of Athens, we delivered a celebration event recognising employees’ exceptional contribution to the workplace, providing attendees with a unique and unparalleled experience. The event aimed to foster a positive workplace culture, facilitate cross country connections and elevate employee self-confidence.
CREATIVE
Producing an event within a historically significant location involved meticulously crafting every element of the 3-day event to harmonise with the architectural heritage and resonate with the local Greek culture.
Showcasing subtle nods to the culture, from the golden olive leaf welcome gift to the use of Greek gods as table names during the gala dinner, every facet of the event was thoughtfully curated.
The objective was to captivate, connect, and ignite conversations among the attendees by infusing the essence of the local culture into every aspect of the event.
COMMUNICATION
Our delegate management team extended exclusive invitations to attendees using our custom registration system. From creating initial invitations, offering attendees the chance to select preferred activities and providing personalised welcome letters, a high level of service was given throughout. This seamless process continued onsite to ensure attendees felt relaxed and supported during the event.
EXPERIENCE
We were engaged to develop and oversee the budget, source local suppliers and historic venues, and produce and deliver all branding and visual content. The 3-day event involved wellbeing activities, an exclusive tour of the acropolis, CSR work at a local charity and three exclusive dinners including a gala awards ceremony.
