We worked with our client to bring together the top global management in person for the first time in 4 years. The goal was to kick off the company’s vision, foster maximum engagement among senior teams, and align goals globally. Whilst also celebrating the success and culture that allows the business to continue its growth.
As we were returning to the venue where we had previously hosted the event, we needed to evolve the brand and enhance the production to introduce a new and dynamic approach. By incorporating ‘living’ walls, we successfully engaged guests in an environment that continuously transformed. This design element proved highly effective throughout the 3-day event, accommodating the evolving content and focus seamlessly. We worked with all presenters on their content, as well as developing all the required creative and print for the plenary spaces.
Our team managed the global guest list and provided a personalised guest experience for all attendees from 4 months out. We used our bespoke registration system to manage all guest details and also designed and built an event app. The app became an essential tool onsite, hosting key information for both the conference and activities.
After carrying out extensive research and developing proposals, Dubai was chosen as the ideal location for the event. With our extensive network in Dubai, we established both a local team and a core team from London to bring the event together. With 16 hours of plenary sessions, 6 master classes, and 23 presentation decks, the event featured informative talks and interactive panel sessions. The business content was balanced with treasure hunts, luxury dinners, themed entertainment, and wellness events. Overall, attendees were treated to a top-tier, end-to-end 5-star experience, enhancing both their connections with colleagues and their understanding and investment to the business.
